André Arbus was a French architect, decorator and sculptor of the 20th century.

He belongs to an old family of Toulouse cabinetmakers.

André Arbus was a French architect, decorator and sculptor of the 20th century.

He belongs to an old family of Toulouse cabinetmakers.

He joined the family cabinetmaking workshop after attending the School of Fine Arts in Toulouse and participates in 1925 where he will get the silver medal with a dressing table done with his friend Marc Saint-Saens.

He will then regularly exhibit at the Salons des Artistes Décorateurs and at the Salon d’Automne.

In 1932 Arbus moved to Paris but continues to weekley visit the workshop in Toulouse.
