“Informale” Vase, Murano glass by Fulvio Bianconi.
Blown Murano glass vase with a free and organic silhouette, characteristic of the Informale series developed by Bianconi in the late 1960s. The asymmetrical body, animated by deliberately irregular deformations, highlights a thick and dense material, giving the piece a strong sculptural presence. Aquatic shades of water green, subtly intensified toward the base, interact with a surface marked by shifting effects, capturing and diffusing light with depth.
A particularly heavy piece, emphasizing the generosity and mastery of the glass mass.
