This privacy policy defines the way in which UNFORGET uses and protects the data that you provide us, if any, when you use this site accessible from the URL https://www.unforget.eu (hereinafter, the “Site”).

It may be modified or supplemented at any time by UNFORGET, in particular with a view to complying with any legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential or technological development. In such a case, the date of its update will be noted at the top of this policy. These changes are binding upon the User as soon as they are posted online. Unforget therefore invites the User to regularly consult this Privacy Policy in order to be aware of any changes.

1.   PERSONAL DATA

You have the option to browse the Site without disclosing any personal information about yourself. However, if you choose to do so, you may not be able to benefit from certain information or services.

Some personal data will be requested if you complete a form on the Site (name, surname, email address, telephone number, etc., hereinafter your “Personal Data”). UNFORGET may process your Personal Data for the following purpose(s):

Unforget is the sole recipient of your Personal Data. 1.6.  Response times

Unforget undertakes to respond to your requests for access, rectification or opposition or any other request for additional information within a reasonable period of time, which may not exceed one month from the receipt of your request.

1.7.  Authorized service providers and transfer to a non-member country of the European Union

Unforget informs you that it uses its authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data that you have communicated to us. These providers may be located outside the European Union and may be able to share the data collected through the forms on the Site.

Similarly, some Unforget subsidiaries are located outside the European Union.

Unforget has received advance assurance of the implementation by its subsidiaries and service providers of adequate guarantees and compliance with strict conditions regarding confidentiality, use and data protection. 2.1.  General information about the cookies on the Site

Unforget, as publisher of the Site, uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that make it possible to recognize your computer, your tablet, or your cell phone in order personalize the services we offer.

The information collected through cookies does not in any way identify you by name.
