“Cannabis” or “The World of Plants” by Line Vautrin, gilded bronze box.
“Finely chiseled gilt bronze box, the lid depicting a central plant whose leaves, veins, and roots radiate symmetrically. Two vertical axes of connected circles, topped with arrows, frame the composition like a secret language or symbolic code.
The whole gives off an impression of organic vitality and sacred mystery, reflecting the artist’s interest in natural forms and the plant kingdom.
Interior lined with cork.
