An elegant blown glass vase designed by Riccardo Licata for Venini in 1956. This model masterfully combines the doppio incalmo technique—joining separately blown sections of differently coloured glass while hot—with a central band of fused murrine, demonstrating the exceptional craftsmanship of Venini’s master glassmakers.
This example features a striking harmony of azure blue, sulphur yellow and deep violet. It is acid-etched “Venini Murano Italia” and retains its original paper label bearing model number 3517, valuable guarantees of its authenticity.
